Our Responsibilities
A. Recruitment Functions
Post & announce job openings in various channels.
Shortlist and interview potential candidates.
Endorse, schedule and organize candidates for interview.
Negotiate and hire the candidate once order is given.
B. Labor and Statutory Regulations Related Activities
Employ the person through Vertaccount Philippines, Inc., a Philippine registered corporation.
Ensure all taxes and other statutory contributions are remitted to the respective Philippine government agencies on behalf of the person.
Track the person’s daily attendance, request for vacations, sick or emergency leave, over time or holiday work and other matters related to accurate computation of the person’s payroll.
Issue a pay slip to the person every payroll which will serve as a proof of payment.
Replace the person at no cost within 150 days based on the person’s start date.
C Human Resource and Performance Management Related
Proactively monitor the person’s health & morale and report to the Client once a month.
Report to the Client any concerns raised by their team.
Include the person in the Provider’s activities that promote mental health, personnel engagement and camaraderie.
Manage the quarterly performance evaluation of the FTE for purposes of improvement and/or rewarding work performed by their team.
Collaborate with Client on salary increases. No salary increase will be given without the approval from Client.
D. IT and Tech Support Related Activities
Provide technical support to the FTE, 7 days a week, from 7:00AM to 10:00PM when necessary, such as but not limited to laptop replacement, home visit troubleshooting and regular computer health / security maintenance & updates.
