SCALE is Vertaccount’s latest service and a natural progression of its core business.
While SCALE only officially started in 2025, it is built on Vertaccount’s 15 year experience in the finance, accounting and bookkeeping outsourcing space.
SCALE is a response to the growing needs of Vertaccount’s clients. As Vertaccount grew, it’s ability to service larger companies naturally evolved as well.
That evolution meant that Vertaccount had to offer a new service that remains relevant to its growing client base. Our larger clients now prefer to build and lead their own teams as oppose to simply outsourcing a specific function.

Bernice Parsons
Co-Founder, Business Development Manager - USA
Bernice is the President and Co Founder of Vertaccount Hawaii, where she advises small and mid-sized businesses on offshore strategy, financial operations, and building scalable global accounting teams.
She brings extensive experience in offshore and startup environments, having led complex accounting and finance outsourcing engagements that connect local businesses with high performing global teams.
Prior to Vertaccount, Bernice co founded MontPac Outsourcing, one of Hawaii’s earliest offshore accounting firms, and held leadership roles at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Hawaii. She also co founded Localvibe.com, later acquired by GetAsia.com.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ateneo de Manila University and is a member of Entrepreneur’s Organization Hawaii.
Aye Navarro
Co-Founder, Business Development Manager - Oceania & Asia
Aye is the CEO of Vertaccount Global, which has operations in the USA, Australia, Philippines and Singapore. Aye concurrently leads SCALE Staffing’s Business Development goals for the Asian and Australian markets.
With over 30 years experience both as a successful entrepreneur and a corporate executive, Aye brings into the organization an innovative & agile mindset while simultaneously instilling discipline and structure.
Aye sold his first company when he was only 26 years old, became COO of the Philippine’s largest ISP at 30 before establishing Vertaccount.
He is graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Economics.
Vince Ostrosky
Vince is the founder of a strategic advisory firm supporting clients across technology, manufacturing, consumer products, and healthcare private equity. He focuses on business architecture, growth strategy, and digital transformation, helping organizations improve operations, customer experience, and performance.
With over 25 years of leadership experience, Vince has led large scale operating model transformations, process optimization, and enterprise initiatives across complex organizations. He is known for translating strategy into practical execution that drives measurable results and sustainable growth.
Vince holds an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School and dual degrees in engineering and business from the University of Pennsylvania.

Cha Cabaroguias
Cha has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources across the semiconductor, manufacturing, and accounting and bookkeeping industries. Her diverse background allows her to adapt HR strategies to different business environments and workforce needs.
She specializes in end to end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance and people management. Cha is deeply passionate about building workplaces where employees feel heard, valued, and supported while aligning closely with organizational goals.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and is committed to fostering accountability, growth, and long term success for both employees and the organization.
