About the Company
SCALE is Vertaccount’s latest service and a natural progression of its core business. While SCALE only officially started in 2025, it is built on Vertaccount’s 15 year experience in the finance, accounting and bookkeeping outsourcing space. SCALE is a response to the growing needs of Vertaccount’s clients. As Vertaccount grew, it’s ability to service larger companies naturally evolved as well. That evolution meant that Vertaccount had to offer a new service that remains relevant to its growing client base. Our larger clients now prefer to build and lead their own teams as oppose to simply outsourcing a specific function.

Bernice Parsons
Co-Founder, Business Development Manager – SME
Bernice is the President and Co-Founder of Vertaccount and Co-Founder of SCALE Staffing, advising businesses on offshore strategy, financial operations, and building high performing global teams.
With extensive outsourcing expertise, she connects businesses with global talent and leads strategic growth, sales, and client success across both organizations.
She is a Pacific Business News 40 Under 40 and Women Who Mean Business honoree, Hawaii Junior Chamber of Commerce Ten Outstanding Young Person’s Award recipient, and a Small Business Administration Financial Services Champion in Honolulu.
Bernice holds a Bachelor of Science from Ateneo de Manila University and is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization and Honolulu Executive Association. She serves on nonprofit boards including Hawaii Public Radio, Outrigger Duke Kahanamoku Foundation, Hawaii Pacific Export Council, and formerly YWCA of Oahu.
Vince Ostrosky
Business Development Manager – Large Corps
Vince is the founder of a strategic advisory firm supporting clients across technology, manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare industries as well as serving private equity portfolio companies.
He focuses on business architecture, growth strategy, and digital transformation, helping organizations improve operations, customer experience, and performance.
With over 25 years of leadership experience, Vince has led large scale operating model transformations, process optimization, and enterprise initiatives across complex organizations. He is known for translating strategy into practical execution that drives measurable results and sustainable growth.
Vince holds an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School and dual degrees in engineering and business from the University of Pennsylvania.
